3. User Accounts

4. Platform as Directory Only

Elite Grounds is a directory service, not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any landscaping, construction, or design work. Any agreement you enter into with a professional found through our Platform is solely between you and that professional.

We strongly recommend that you:

  • Independently verify all credentials, licenses, and insurance
  • Obtain multiple quotes before engaging any professional
  • Execute written contracts for all work
  • Document all communications and agreements

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELITE GROUNDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Platform
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
  • Any services provided by professionals listed on the Platform
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Elite Grounds or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law
